Refunds LESS $10 administration free will not be issued 72 hours after draft notification

A Baseball, AA Baseball and Minor B Softball:
Prior to Feb. 11th: 100% Refund LESS $10 administration fee
Feb. 12th to Feb. 28th:  50% Refund
After Feb. 29th: No Refunds

Machine Pitch (Boys and Girls):
Prior to March 1: 100% Refund LESS $10 administration fee
March 2nd to March 15th:  50% Refund
After March 16th: No Refunds

Tee-Ball:
Prior to March 15: 100% Refund LESS $10 administration fee
March 16th to March 31st:  50% Refund
After April 1st: No Refunds

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
1. Parent/guardian should immediately notify the team manager of their intentions.
2. Parent/guardian must then notify the player agent and treasurer via email or in writing of the request for player release. [email protected] / [email protected]
3. Players released for justifiable reasons (according to Little League Regulation) and approved by a majority of the Board of Directors will then be eligible for refund in accordance with the refund schedule above.
