2008 Player Registration
On-Line:
- Go to Active.com to complete your child's registration.
By Mail:
- Complete a registration application.
 (One copy for each player) ;
- Download and review the proof of residency form. ;
- Download and review the proof of age form. ;
- Complete a medical form. (One copy for each player) ;
- Provide a copy of an ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH for each child. (Note: A hospital certificate of birth is not sufficient documentation). You can obtain a birth certificate through Little League's Express Birth Certificate Services.
- Be sure to include the appropriate registration fee.
- Download and review the safety manual.
- Download and review the Accident Notification and Accident Claim Form.
- Mail to the League at:

- Forms can be downloaded and printed by using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it by clicking the PDF icon:
- We will not accept registration forms without the supporting documentation. Please bring your Birth Certificate to registration and it will be returned to you at registration.
- Majors tryouts TBD, all new Majors players must attend one tryout, but the league and Majors coaches strongly encourage all new Majors players to attend both try-outs.
